Basic Agreement

MARKETING/SALES REPRESENTATIVE CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

MSR Contractor agrees to:

  1. Own/Operate personal computer, and possess a valid email, and U.S. home/office address.
  2. Perform work through home/office through your assigned FREE website.
  3. Represent and sell the L J Processing's (Company's) Internet services within the U.S.
  4. Accurately state Company policies to potential clients.
  5. Where applicable, assist the customer to promptly process an order through your assigned website.
  6. Meet minimum earnings.
  7. Policy of not to become involved in spamming. Not to support or accept neither Spamming nor Flaming as acceptable conducts in the Internet. Nor to involve the Company in any such scenarios.
  8. MSR Contractor will be responsible for paying taxes that are based on earnings now or hereafter imposed by the federal, state, or local government or governmental agency.
  9. Earnings Sales/Commissions are paid within 30-days of a verified paid sale.
  10. Provide company 24-hours notice should the MSR Contractor intend to terminate this agreement.

the Company Agrees to:

  1. Pay the following commissions to the MSR Contractor:
    • 30% commission for each customer that processes an order through your FREE Web Site.
  2. To grant MSR Contractor 24-hours notice should the Company wish to terminate this agreement.
  3. To pay commissions to the MSR Contractor on sales from existing customers, if applicable, for a period of one (1) month after this agreement is terminated by either party.
  4. Company is not held responsible and/or liable for any misconceptions that the MSR Contractor has communicated or awarded to any customer/potential customer.
  5. The Company reserves the Legal Right in order to act against and terminate Infractors (spamming/flaming) regarding that policy.

    This constitutes the entire agreement.

    This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their successors and assigns.
