Administrative Assistant, HR Helena, MT Incumbent will perform a variety of administrative and technical duties in support of the Human Resources (HR) Officer and staff. Duties will include (but not limited to): Managing the reception area to include screening telephone calls, routing calls and receiving clients and visitors; reviewing and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence; collecting, compiling, researching and tracking data and program information for reporting purposes; attending and recording minutes of meetings, which are transcribed and distributed; and maintaining necessary follow-ups from meetings.
