Provides guidance to organizational personnel and dependents concerning benefits and entitlements, i.e. career progression, bonus programs, educational opportunities, retirement, etc. Provides administrative support to potential applicants and evaluates qualifications for officer/warrant officer appointment packets. Participates in unit Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) for those units whose service members are being mobilized to active duty. Provides counseling to service members on available benefits, accuracy of the emergency data and contact information and the accuracy of the DEERS/RAPIDS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System/Realtime Automated Personnel Identification System) information, and allows the service member to perform a general review of their record. Coordinates with staff concerning matters of work accomplishment, priorities, management of training calendar; and issues affecting operations and programs for the purpose of improving or correcting administrative processes or practices. Assists management in monitoring progress in meeting Business Center/EES performance metrics, goals and objectives. Develops and monitors budget projections, tentative program calendar and other strategic planning initiatives as assigned in Business Center /EES action/strategic plans. Presents findings and recommendations to management for final revision and publication. Responsible for sensitive and/or confidential human resource requirements for the Business Center and/or EES national functions. Responsible for a wide range of time-sensitive requirements including mandatory education, performance appraisals, general reports, processing human resources documents, new employee orientation, employee clearance, administrative tasks associated with recruitment, and other human resource functions as needed.
